By the idyllic Flåvatn you will find Kilen Camping – a holiday paradise for the whole family. Here we have something for both young and old!

Our cabins, pitches and tent pitches can be booked here at kilencamping.no. A map of the site and what is available on your dates can be found in the booking system. 

Our cosy fast food restaurant/kiosk is open on weekends from Maundy Thursday until the autumn holidays. Open every day in July. Updated times can be found on our website under the food and drink tab. 

The campsite has a fantastic location surrounded by beautiful nature by Flåvatn, which is part of the beautiful Telemark Canal. We have 90 permanent caravans with us all year round, and we have short-term pitches for campers, caravans and tents for those who wish. In addition, we also have 11 rental cabins in various sizes, in a great location.

With us you will find a shallow, child-friendly sandy beach of 250 meters, and a swimming temperature that is normally between 20-25 degrees. In the water we have water trampolines, water slides and swimming platforms, which makes Kilen Camping a perfect choice for a beach holiday!

Kilen Camping has a great location by the Telemark Canal, and is a natural place to stay along national cycle route number 2. We are only 30 minutes from Seljord and Dyrku`n, and only 40 minutes from Sommerland in Bø – the perfect distance if you want a day trip to the water park, while you can enjoy quiet and child-friendly surroundings and enjoy your holiday afterwards.

There are many nice hiking opportunities in the area, and in the forest you can pick both mushrooms and berries in season. There are good fishing opportunities in Flåvatn, and we have piers with guest places.
