Our camping area is idyllically located by the Stjørdalselva River, known for its rich salmon fishing. Here you can enjoy peaceful nights in our comfortable cabins or on spacious campsites for both tents and caravans. Meråker Camping offers a number of facilities that make your stay comfortable and convenient. Our guests can also enjoy free Wi-Fi (Drop-in and at the service building), modern sanitary facilities, emptying station for caravans and motorhomes, emptying of grey water, and a playground for children. The area offers fantastic hiking opportunities, both summer and winter, with proximity to popular attractions such as Meråker Alpine Center, Meråker Mountains and Rypetoppen Adventure Park. We have a barbecue hut that is free for all our guests. There you can grill food and enjoy the view of beautiful Fonnfjellet. Families can grill while there is a good overview and proximity to the playground. A social gathering point. By the river we have a gazebo and a fire pit. There you can enjoy the silence or with good friends. New friendships can also arise. Also has a bench and a small patio in close proximity. We have camping cabins and pitches for both caravans and motorhomes. Those who stay overnight in the cabins must bring their own bedding. We have duvets and pillows. In addition, we have tent pitches for those who sleep in tents. All pitches include electricity. Our power boxes have CEE connections. Water is in the immediate vicinity of the pitches. Our tent area is large and shown on a map here at Campio. So you can lie wherever you want in the marked area regardless of the chosen place when booking, as there are no numbered ones at the campsite. There are several power boxes along the tent area where you just have to plug in. Modern service buildings with kitchens, showers and washing machines are of course available at the campsite.
