Surnadal is the area for wonderful nature experiences. In addition to mountain tours in Trollheimen, there is a multitude of fishing experiences that await you in both rivers, seas and mountain lakes. The campsite is 200 m from the centre, by one of Norway's best salmon rivers, the Surna. Open for cabin rental all year round, camping only in the season when there is no snow. All our cabins have kitchens and bathrooms, we also have plenty of space for tents, caravans and mobile homes. In the main building you will find reception and our own cozy restaurant with a large outdoor terrace right in front of the river where we sell proper food that you can sit and enjoy or take home as takeaway. We are a family campsite, caravan park, cabin rental, restaurant and cafe in idyllic surroundings. We can offer a restaurant and cafe with a terrace, as well as free WIFI. The place is pet friendly. In the immediate vicinity you have access to the beach, swimming and sports hall, shopping centre, liquor store, cinema, shop open on Sundays, bank, alpine and ski centre, parks and playgrounds. We are 2 hours from Trondheim, and are an excellent starting point for day trips to the Atlanterhavsveien, Trollheimen, Trollstigen, Kristiansund and Molde.
