Undredal Camping is a small, cozy campsite in the middle of the village of Undredal. The 27 campsites fill up quickly in the high season (July), so the 80 inhabitants of Undredal wish you an extra welcome in early or late season. Then they also have plenty of time for you, and they are happy to tell you more about the history of the fine stave church Undredal (from the year 1147) and about the preparation of goat's cheese. If you prefer to go out, the area is ideal for great walks. Or perhaps you would rather dream away on the quay by the fjord. Everything is possible in Undredal.

At Undredal Camping
Undredal Camping is located in the center of Undredal and has only 27 campsites (15 for tents and 12 for motorhomes/caravans). Two apartments are rented out at the campsite. The other accommodation options are in and around Undredal and are rented out, just like the campsite, by Visit Undredal. The sanitary building is located on the campsite, and the restaurant, cafe, souvenir shop and small grocery store are within walking distance. If you need to do laundry, you can report this to reception, and the laundry will be done for you for NOK 50.

Undredal stave church and goat's cheese
While strolling through the village, you must visit the old Undredal stave church, the smallest church in Northern Europe. Undredal is also best known for its goat cheese. Not surprising, of course, because the village has no fewer than 400 goats. In a number of places in the village you can taste (and buy) the "brown" goat's cheese and see how this traditional cheese is made and matured. Very nice!
