Volsdalen Camping

Volsdalen Camping is an energetic and beautifully situated campsite in Norway's most beautiful city; Ålesund. The campsite is located at Volsdalsberga, just a stone's throw from the fjord and the recreational area, with views of the Storfjord and the Sunnmøre Alps. In the recreational area below the campsite, you will find a stone-walled swimming area, a diving tower, a beach volleyball court, and nice paths along the fjord. It is about a 15-minute walk from the campsite to Ålesund city center. A trip that is pleasant both as a pedestrian and a cyclist. Ålesund has a lot to offer everyone, and is a city that must absolutely be experienced. You will find cultural history about Art Nouveau architecture and the town fire. Wonderful nature experiences from Aksla, Sukkertoppen, Runde, and the fjord. Activities for the children at the Atlantic Sea Park and indoor play centers. Culture and nightlife at Terminalen or other of the city's venues. From Ålesund, you can also easily reach most major attractions in the area by car in under two hours. Such as Trollstigen, Valldal, Geiranger, and the Atlantic Ocean Road. At the campsite, we have approximately 40 drop-in pitches for motorhomes and caravans, about 20 tent pitches, 16 cabins in various sizes and styles, and 13 double rooms.
