Sagelvvatn Camping

Platsen är jättefin. När vi kom fanns ingen personal där och det var ganska smutsigt på toaletterna . På kvällen kom en kille och städade. Bastu finns och ett litet kök. Vi hade en fin dag och kväll där.

It is a nice camping place, but it looks a bit abandoned. You don't meet anyone upon arrival and are left to find everything on your own. There is one destroyed cabin in the middle, a very risky looking playground. The spot intended for tents has a not very nice angle for sleeping too. Other than that the shower facilities were okay and the lake looked really nice.

Clean and generally well organized. Booking is on-line only, we didn’t met any service person. There are limited places for tents and places are distributed over camp, we were lucky to find free place for our two tents. There are two saunas (on men and female side) in service house, no pre-booking, free usage. Quality of saunas can be improved, adding more stones to heaters and sauna doors require some attention ;-) Lake is tempting, not deep, only the floating bridge on chunks of concrete looked cheaply made…
