Área Camper Bezana Santander

This is a great place to stay and very convenient for the Santander ferry to the UK and Ireland. Clean and modern facilities, warm showers and an even warmer welcome from Bea and Viktor. I would recommend a stay here.

Great little site. Quiet, clean, close to shops and lovely beach at St. Juan de la Canal. Good communication With owner. Some slight confusion about waste disposal. Got a code but there was also a code hanging off the machine. Good showers and facilities very clean.

This is a fab little place to stop over; the facilities are spotless, the owner - Bea - is so welcoming and has such a warm smile. Clean toilets, really powerful hot shower, washing machine and dryer, water point, washing up sinks, and a little kiosk selling beers, coffee and snacks, tended by Paulo who was also super friendly. The clientele whilst I was there comprised of people coming from the ferry to 'land' and get their bearings, people staying overnight before heading for the ferry, and hikers/cyclists who used it as a base to get about and explore the area. It's only a 10 minute walk to the station for a train that takes you into Santander within 15 minutes. The site is surrounded by fields with hills in the background, and is very sedate and calm. During my stay, it was quite busy the first night and there was a really friendly vibe amongst everyone; indeed we sat out and shared a bottle of wine and exchanged stories. Overall, I highly rate this site as a no-frills, clean, functional, friendly place - well done to Bea for what she has created here, it was the perfect start to my adventure in Northern Spain. An absolute gem of a stop, clean tidy well cared for camper stop. Not far from ferry port. Every thing at hand lovely gentleman greeted us on arrival. Will definitely stop here again.

Gute Lage um Santander mit dem Rad zu besuchen. Radweg direkt vom Platz in die Stadt. Liegt zwar direkt ander Straße aber in der Nacht haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt mit den Besitzern per WhatsApp 👍
