Sandnes Camping Mandal

The perfect location for anyone looking for a break either before or after arriving on the Hirtshals-Kristiansand ferry. Located by the river which gives a great morning view after waking up. Yes it’s by a road but it never affected our nights sleep. As for the guest representative Helga, you could not get a more pleasant and helpful person, always ready to help with advice on anything from where to go and what to see. Highly recommend this site.

Onze eerste overnachting van onze reis in Noorwegen na aankomst met de boot in Kristiansand. Hele aardige mevrouw bij de receptie. We sliepen in huisje Bjorkeli. Heel fijn modern ingericht huisje die van alle gemakken was voorzien (behalve een douche).

Hier ist alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet, es ist alles da was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß kommt man nicht so wirklich gut nach Mandal (es geht eine Zeit an der viel befahrenen Straße entlang). Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Der Campingplatz an sich ist wirklich top!
