These terms apply to the use of the Campio App which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play, and use of the website Campio.no.

2. About

Campio gives you an overview of the most popular and well-run campsites in Norway. Through Campio you can search, find and book campsites through a tailored and simple interface. We help you keep track of the campsites you have booked so that you can easily find your reservations. For the purchase of services through Campio, our Terms of Purchase apply.

3. Use

To use some of the features in the Campio App and on Campio.no, you must create a user account. We collect minimal personal information to create a user account, only what is necessary to offer the features. User account is required to store a list of campsites a user has booked, and set as favorites, so that the user can easily find them again. There will gradually be more functions where it is necessary to have a user account.

4. Rights

XperiTech AS is the owner of the Campio App and Campio.no, and holds all rights to the content and the App and website. The right of use must not be exercised in a way that may be in conflict with the App's and website's copyright. The use rights of the App and website lapse immediately in the event of a breach of the agreement. XperiTech AS reserves the right to revoke any right to use the App and website. If the right of use is revoked or lapses in any other way, the App must be uninstalled and deleted from all devices.

The right to install and use this App, and use the website, is personal, for private use, and shall not be passed on to others. The app and website should only be used as it is made and should not be modified. The codes and passwords of the App and website are strictly personal and should not be shared with others. This also applies in relation to friends and family.

By installing the App, you agree not to copy the App or use it in any way other than for the above purposes. You may not modify or decompile the App, incorporate it into any other application outside of its intended purpose or use the App illegally or for any illegal purpose. The same applies for use of the website.

5. Limitation of liability

The App and website largely contains information obtained from public sources, such as the campsites' website or Facebook page. Campio does not take responsibility for any information that may be incorrect or altered. Some campsites will be marked with "Verified campsite". This means that a representative from the campsite has verified and enriched the information you see.

When you contact a campsite via Campio, you make contact on behalf of yourself. Campio can not guarantee that the campsite will respond to your inquiry.

Campio has no guarantees regarding availability, but we do our best to provide the best possible service.

6. How to delete your Campio account

You may delete your account and associated personal information at any time. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to My account in the app menu
3. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Delete your Campio account"
4. Accept the deletion. Keep in mind that this action can not be undone.
5. We're sorry to see you go! You are welcome back at any time.
